Description
Pneumatic, automatic double membrane heat-press with bracket
Double, automatic pneumatic heat press with 40x50 cm membrane plates. Due to the two membrane plates productivity can be double, while power consumption is on the level of a single plated heat-press. Various functions can be set using the PLC unit of the machine: different time for the plates, waiting time, etc. The bracket decreases the load of the machine's body, so the level of wear and tear and chance of a broken heat-press body is lower. The workplates can be replaced and rotated. The self-adjusting heated plate is connected with a plug. Smaller membrane, and traditional workplates are available as additional accessories. Distance between workplate and heated plate can be set according to material thickness.
